CPR and First Aid Training in Remote Villages

In many remote villages in Nicaragua, access to immediate medical care is extremely limited. Clinics are often far away, and emergency help can take hours to arrive. In these settings, CPR and first aid training can save lives.

For the past few years, COMMIT has been teaching CPR and first aid in remote communities, equipping local residents with the skills and confidence to respond to emergencies. COMMIT plans to continue this important work with additional trainings scheduled for January.

Each participant receives a CPR and first aid manual in Spanish, along with a first aid kit, ensuring they have both the knowledge and tools to act quickly when it matters most. These trainings build community resilience, promote self-sufficiency, and help create safer, more prepared villages
